The Lunar Launcher is a mount sold by a Lunar Festival vendor, purchasable with 75 
Coins of Ancestry collected from Elders scattered across the world during the Lunar Festival event.
Start Lunar Preservation Quest
Before farming Elders, pick up and complete the one-off quest Lunar Preservation in Moonglade to immediately receive 25 Coins of Ancestry, giving you a significant head start toward the 75 needed.
Farm Elders for Coins
Visit Elders across the world to collect the remaining Coins of Ancestry. You can use the following verified Elder locations: Elder Bellowrage at 54.3, 49.5 in the Blasted Lands near the Dark Portal; Elder Dawnstrider at 53.6, 24.5 in Burning Steppes at Flame Crest; Elder Goldwell at 53.9, 49.9 in Dun Morogh at Kharanos; Elder Graveborn at 61.9, 53.9 in Tirisfal Glades at Brill; Elder Highpeak at 49, 47.9 in the Hinterlands at Creeping Ruin; Elder Ironband at 21.3, 79.1 in Searing Gorge at Blackchar Cave; Elder Meadowrun at 63.5, 36.1 in Western Plaguelands at Weeping Cave; and Elder Moonstrike at 69.2, 73.5 outside Scholomance. Note that Coins of Ancestry are not warband-tradeable, so all 75 must be earned on a single character. This mount is also obtainable on a free-to-play account at level 20.

Tips
There are enough Elders reachable by simply flying to each quest giver outdoors — you do not need to complete any instanced content to reach 75 Coins of Ancestry.
