In a fit of rage and despair, Thrayir conjured a storm that would ravage the land and annihilate Cyrce's enemies. After nearly ten thousand years, the seafury tempest continues to roil as an echo of his power.
Acquisition Guide
Thrayir, Eyes of the Siren is a secret mount found in the Forgotten Vault on Siren Isle, obtained by collecting five Runekeys and activating the five Runestones surrounding her unconscious form.
Travel to Siren Isle
Reach Siren Isle by taking the Zeppelin in Dornogal at 72, 5, or using the Mole Machine in the Ringing Deeps at 46, 30. Once on the island, speak to Suzie Boltwrench at 69, 49 to enter the storm phase, which is required to obtain all five Runekeys.
Obtain the Whirling Runekey
Enter the Forgotten Vault cave entrance at 44, 23 on Siren Isle, run down the corridor to the last room, and defeat Ksvir the Forgotten at 38, 76 to loot the 
Whirling Runekey — this appears to be a guaranteed drop during the storm.
Craft the Torrential Runekey
Collect 7 
Torrential Fragments by killing any mobs on Siren Isle during the storm — including normal mobs, elites, and rares — then combine them to create the 
Torrential Runekey.
Craft the Thunderous Runekey
Collect 5 
Thunderous Fragments from treasure chests inside the storm — Runed Storm Caches can be found at multiple locations including 31, 72.4, 37.9, 38.8, 39.6, 66.8, 49.7, 75.8, 53, 40.7, 53.8, 75.6, 60.8, 62.3, 68.3, 73.6, 38.9, 20.2, 39.1, 40.7, and 40, 52.1 — then combine them to create the 
Thunderous Runekey.
Activate All Five Runestones
Once you have all five Runekeys — including the 
Cyclonic Runekey and 
Turbulent Runekey — head into the Forgotten Vault and use each key on its corresponding Runestone surrounding Thrayir at 72.7, 61.32. Your progress saves between sessions, so you can activate each stone as you collect its key.
Tips
You must be in an active storm event — either by doing a Special Assignment Quest or having completed one for the week — to collect and use any of the Runekeys.
