Complete enough Timewalking dungeons to collect 5,000 Timewalking Badges. Using an alt character and logging off after gaining Mastery of Timeways buff allows you to complete just one dungeon per week, as the buff timer pauses when logged off.

Trade 5,000 Timewalking Badges to the Timewalking vendor to obtain the Timely Buzzbee mount.
