Complete Job Streaks
The mount is awarded automatically at the end of the 9th job in a streak — the reward triggers upon completing that job before the streak resets. The first job streak of the week may have a higher chance of granting rewards, including the Violet Goblin Shredder, sometimes alongside the 
Extravagant Tip Chest.
