The Salvaged Goblin Gazillionaire's Flying Machine is a rare drop from Gallagio Garbage, a rare spawn that can appear during scrap events in Undermine.
Find a Scrap Event
Travel to Undermine and locate an active scrap event. You need to shovel trash to fill the Trash Shoveled bar.
Fill the Bar to 500
Contribute to shoveling trash until the Trash Shoveled bar reaches 500. Gallagio Garbage can spawn at this point, before the event fully finishes, so you do not need to wait for the event to end.
Defeat Gallagio Garbage
When Gallagio Garbage spawns, kill it for a chance at the mount. You can farm this rare multiple times on the same character in the same day, as there is no daily kill limit per character.
Tips
The S.C.R.A.P. Bot has no effect on whether Gallagio Garbage spawns, so using or ignoring it makes no difference.
The Salvaged Goblin Gazillionaire's Flying Machine is tradeable between raid members, and you can loot duplicates even after already learning the mount.
