Claim on correct faction
Create the Earthen Paladin on the same faction as your main Paladin, as the mount only counts toward your collection when claimed on a matching faction character.
Tips
This mount is restricted to the Earthen race and does not appear in the mount collection of other Paladin races such as Lightforged Draenei.
