The Reins of the Amani Hunting Bear is a mount sold by Cupri in Shattrath City for 
5,000 Timewarped Badges during TBC Timewalking events.
Travel to Shattrath City
Access the portal to Shattrath City from your faction's portal room. Alliance players can find the Shattrath portal to the right when entering the Wizard's Sanctum in Stormwind. Horde players can find it in the bottom portal-room in Orgrimmar, to the left of the Caverns of Time portal.
Purchase from Cupri
Find Cupri at 54.4, 38.4 in Shattrath City and purchase the Reins of the Amani Hunting Bear for 5,000 Timewarped Badges. This mount is only available during TBC Timewalking events.
Tips
As of patch 11.0, Timewarped Badges are now shareable between characters in your currency tab, making it easier to accumulate enough badges across your account for expensive mounts.
