Before the Ship It! quest becomes available, you must first learn about Bountiful Delves at max level in The War Within.
Find Reno Jackson
Head to Dornogal and speak with Reno Jackson at 47.6, 45.0 to pick up the Ship It! quest.
Complete Ship It!
Turn in the Ship It! quest to receive the Delver's Dirigible, which is automatically learned upon turn-in. This quest also awards the achievement I've Got a Flying Machine!
Tips
This mount is companion-enabled like Dragonriding mounts — a passenger riding along will appear as a Darkmoon dirigible toy.
You can use the Rostrum of Transformation to customize the various appearance options on this mount.
