1 Dream Infusion, requiring that you already own one of three specific Talon mounts.
Obtain a Talon mount
You must first acquire one of these mounts: Reins of the Ochre Dreamtalon, Reins of the Snowfluff Dreamtalon, or Reins of the Springtide Dreamtalon.
Purchase from Elianna
Find Elianna at 50.2, 61.8 in Emerald Dream and purchase Talont for 1 Dream Infusion.
