Complete the Whodunnit? Achievement

Work through the Whodunnit? achievement during the event to earn Pattie. Upon completing the achievement, the mount is awarded alongside Pattie's Cap.

Finish the Tyrhold Quest

During the final quest in Tyrhold, if you become stuck in combat, dismount carefully — the Dragonriding talent that deals AoE damage on landing can hit attackable beams in the towers, locking you in combat indefinitely. Log out briefly to reset combat and continue.
