Acquisition Guide
The Ravenous Black Gryphon is a mount sold by Warden Krizzik in Thaldraszus for 
3,000 Paracausal Flakes, a currency earned through Time Rifts events.
Locate Warden Krizzik
Travel to Thaldraszus and find Warden Krizzik at 51, 56.6 in the Tyrhold Reservoir area.
Purchase the Mount
Buy the Reins of the Ravenous Black Gryphon from Warden Krizzik for 3,000 Paracausal Flakes. Note that this mount is also obtainable as a drop called Gift of the Ravenous Black Gryphon from the final boss of any Time Rift — only items with "Gift" in the name are the giftable version that can be given to another player; the non-gift version is learned directly by whoever loots it.
Tips
If you need Paracausal Flakes and have a character of the opposite faction, you can purchase Paracausal Crates from Shi Everbreeze and mail them to that character to open and accumulate flakes. A mage portal to Valdrakken can be arranged by meeting a friend in Dalaran via the Dalaran Hearthstone toy, then entering Violet Hold together so the mage can provide the portal — this works even on a low-level character.
