Acquisition Guide
Tarecgosa's Visage is a Cataclysm quest reward mount obtained by completing the quest Rhapsody in Blue, which requires having earned Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest on the character.
Start the Breadcrumb Quest
You can accept the initial breadcrumb quest Keeper of the Ossuary from Kalecgos in Valdrakken as soon as your character reaches level 70.
Complete the Full Questline
Work through the full questline on the character that possesses Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest, as this mount is restricted to characters who have earned that staff.
Complete Forget Her Not and Love Unending
After finishing the storyline, two additional quests — Forget Her Not and Love Unending — will appear from Kalecgos, but only if the staff is on that character; complete and hand in both.
Turn In Rhapsody in Blue
After completing those two quests, accept and turn in Rhapsody in Blue from Kalecgos, which rewards the Lingering Echo of Tarecgosa, granting the mount.
