Temperamental Skyclaw
Slyverns are rarely comfortable acting as mounts. Only those willing to feed their gluttonous appetites and keep a careful eye on them should attempt to ride.
Acquisition Guide
The Temperamental Skyclaw is a flying mount (not a Dragonriding mount) obtained in The Azure Span by collecting three types of Gnoll-dropped foods and turning them in to Stable Master Zon'Wogi at Three-Falls Lookout.
Farm Flash Frozen Meat
Collect 20 
Flash Frozen Meat by defeating Frost Gnolls (specifically Snowhide Gnolls) at 58.23, 43.53 in The Azure Span. The drop rate is low, so these can also be purchased from the Auction House.
Farm Tuskarr Jerky
Collect 20 
Tuskarr Jerky by defeating Forest Gnolls — specifically Darktooth Poachers and Darktooth Stalkers — at 32, 44 in The Azure Span. The drop rate is low, so these can also be purchased from the Auction House.
Farm Gnolan's House Special
Collect 20 
Gnolan's House Special by defeating Gnolls inside the large Tree Inn at 23.07, 43.72 in The Azure Span — this is considered the fastest food to farm, taking roughly 30 to 60 minutes. These can also be purchased from the Auction House.
Turn In Food to Zon'Wogi
Bring all 60 food items to Stable Master Zon'Wogi at 19.8, 23.99 in The Azure Span (Three-Falls Lookout), then select the 'Ask about the saddled slyvern' dialog to receive the Temperamental Skyclaw mount.
Tips
Temperamental Skyclaw flies normally in the world but does not support Dragonriding on the Dragon Isles.
All three food items can be purchased from the Auction House if you prefer to skip farming — check current prices before deciding which to buy versus farm.
