The Iskaara Trader's Ottuk is a vendor mount sold by Tattukiaka in The Azure Span, requiring two specific raid necklaces from Vault of the Incarnates as currency.
Locate Vendor Tattukiaka
Find Tattukiaka at 14, 49.6 in The Azure Span, located in Iskaara, the main tuskarr city. Tattukiaka sells two Ottuk mounts, and you are purchasing the Iskaara Trader's Ottuk.
Purchase With Raid Necklaces
Bring 2 raid necklaces to Tattukiaka to purchase the mount: one from Terros (2nd boss) in Vault of the Incarnates, and one from Dathea, Ascended (5th boss) in Vault of the Incarnates. Any difficulty and any item level are accepted, and the two necklaces can be from different difficulties.
Tips
The necklaces can come from any difficulty — LFR, Normal, Heroic, or Mythic — so enter Vault of the Incarnates on every available lockout difficulty each week to maximize how many drops you can collect.
