Acquisition Guide
The Ineffable Skitterer is a Protoform Synthesis mount crafted in Zereth Mortis, obtained by first acquiring the 
Schematic: Ineffable Skitterer from the Shade of Irik-tu inside Exile's Hollow — accessible only as a ghost.
Complete Mount Forge Questline
Before you can use the schematic, you must have completed the questline to unlock the Mount Forge Synthesis in Zereth Mortis. This is a prerequisite for crafting any Protoform Synthesis mount.
Die and Enter Exile's Hollow
Find a way to die near Exile's Hollow in Zereth Mortis, then navigate to the cave as a ghost. Once inside, head to the far back left of the cave at 34.6, 48.8 and speak with the Shade of Irik-tu. Agree to leave the cave and she will hand over the schematic, starting the quest Schematic Reassimilation: Ineffable Skitterer.
Farm Genesis Motes
Genesis Motes drop from nearly any enemy in Zereth Mortis, with the exception of Mawsworn enemies, so kill whatever is convenient throughout the zone.
Obtain the Sentience Crown
The Sentience Crown can be looted from any automa or Jiro enemy. When the quest to kill Dominated Jiro is active, they spawn in high numbers and are quick to kill, making that the most efficient time to farm this item. It is also available on the Auction House.
Farm the Tarachnid Lattice
The Tarachnid Lattice drops from any spider enemy in Zereth Mortis. Kill spiders throughout the zone until it drops, or check the Auction House if you prefer to purchase it.
Craft the Ineffable Skitterer
With all materials in hand, head to the Mount Forge Synthesis in Zereth Mortis and craft your Ineffable Skitterer.
