Head to the Chamber of Shaping entrance at 65.74, 35.92 in Zereth Mortis, enter the central room, and locate the desk behind the Dominated Architect elite mob. Pick up the Schematic: Raptora Swooper from the table at 67.42, 40.18.

Collect the Required Reagents
At 70, 28.6 in Zereth Mortis you will craft the mount using three reagents: 450 Genesis Motes, which drop from mobs all around Zereth Mortis; 1 Raptora Lattice, which drops from raptora mobs such as Garudeon and Tahkwitz or can be purchased from the Auction House; and 1 Eternal Ragepearl, which drops from mechanical elites like the Dominated Worldbreaker and Dominated Runeshaper.
