Acquisition Guide
The Forged Spiteflyer is a Vespoid mount crafted through the Protoform Synthesis system in Zereth Mortis, requiring you to first find Schematic: Forged Spiteflyer in the Resonant Peaks subzone and then gather three reagents to craft it at the Protoform Repository.
Unlock Protoform Synthesis Forge
Complete the first three chapters of the Secrets of the First Ones campaign, then research at the Cypher Console in Exile's Hollow and complete the questline starting at Finding Tahli. The following day, complete the follow-up questline starting from The Lost Component, which unlocks the Protoform Synthesis forge.
Find Schematic in Resonant Peaks
Travel to the Resonant Peaks subzone in Zereth Mortis and locate the wall with a Vespoid hive on it — check the bottom part of the hive carefully to find Schematic: Forged Spiteflyer.
Turn In Schematic at Forge
Bring the schematic to the Protoform Repository at 53.33, 25.68 in Zereth Mortis to learn the Forged Spiteflyer crafting recipe.
Farm Required Reagents
Collect all three required crafting materials: 450 Genesis Motes from minor and smaller mobs throughout Zereth Mortis, 1 Eternal Ragepearl from elites in north Antecedent Isle and the sand area elites near the Synthesis Forge, and 1 Vespoid Lattice from Feasting, Zatojin, or other proto-vespoid mobs — Vespoid Lattice can also be purchased from the Auction House.
Craft the Forged Spiteflyer
With all reagents in hand, return to the Protoform Repository at 53.33, 25.68, then head to the craft location at 70, 28.6 in Zereth Mortis to combine your materials and craft the Forged Spiteflyer mount.
