Acquisition Guide
Darkmaul is a mount obtained in Korthia by feeding Tasty Mawshrooms to the Darkmaul NPC until it becomes your friend.
Collect Tasty Mawshrooms
Farm 
Tasty Mawshrooms from the Invasive Mawshroom treasures found daily throughout Korthia — you can loot up to 5 of these daily treasures, each with multiple possible spawn points.
Locate Darkmaul in Korthia
Find Darkmaul at 42.8, 32.7 in Korthia, where you can interact with the NPC to begin riding it.
Feed Darkmaul Mawshrooms
Use your Tasty Mawshrooms on Darkmaul to receive a 2-minute buff called Friendly Ride, described as "Riding Darkmaul. Overtime you might become friends." — you can feed all 10 Mawshrooms at once from your inventory without waiting between sessions, and you receive quest credit the moment you jump onto Darkmaul's back.
Repeat Until Mount Drops
A total of 10 successful rides are required — after your 10th ride at 42.8, 32.7 in Korthia, Darkmaul will appear directly in your inventory. You can track your current progress with this in-game script: /run local count = select(4, GetQuestObjectiveInfo(64376, 0, false)) print(""..count.."")
Tips
You do not need to wait for the full 2-minute Friendly Ride buff to expire — removing the buff early still counts as a completed ride.
