Hand of Nilganihmaht
Of all the giants who dared defy the Jailer, Nilganihmaht was the most arrogant. For this transgression, the giant's severed hand was hidden within a veil of torments, and the rings that could summon it back were scattered across the Maw.
Acquisition Guide
The Hand of Nilganihmaht is a secret puzzle mount obtained by collecting five rings scattered across The Maw and delivering them to a hidden NPC in the Rift phase.
Enter the Maw Rift Phase
The Hand of Nilganihmaht NPC only appears in the Rift phase of The Maw, which is a spectral version of the zone introduced in patch 9.1 where all mobs are replaced with different ones. You must enter the Rift phase before turning in the rings.
Locate Hand of Nilganihmaht
Once in the Rift phase, head to the cave called Forlorn Respite at 25.5, 36.8 in The Maw — this is where Hand of Nilganihmaht will be waiting to receive your five rings.
Obtain Nilganihmaht's Stone Ring
The 
Nilganihmaht's Stone Ring requires a Necrolord Assault with the quest Putting A Plan Together to be active. Use the Centurion vehicle available after completing it to access the cache at 35.0, 69.7 which contains the 
Quartered Ancient Ring, and complete the quest Clearing the Walls to receive this piece.
Obtain Nilganihmaht's Silver Ring
Collect 
Nilganihmaht's Silver Ring from its source in The Maw. Head to the cave entrance at 66.9, 56.2 as a reference point while hunting for this ring.
Obtain Nilganihmaht's Runed Band
To reach the 
Nilganihmaht's Runed Band more quickly, Engineers can use the 
Wormhole Generator: Shadowlands to travel directly. Non-engineers should use the 
Cypher of Relocation to save significant travel time. The Harrower's Key Ring can be found at 65.6, 60.0 in the area.
Collect Remaining Two Rings
Gather 
Nilganihmaht's Gold Band and 
Nilganihmaht's Signet Ring from their rare sources within The Maw before returning to Hand of Nilganihmaht at 25.5, 36.8 in Forlorn Respite while in the Rift phase to complete the set and claim your mount.
Tips
The Necrolord Assault quest Putting A Plan Together has a lengthy wait time between appearances — carry your other rings in your bags so you are ready when it becomes available.
