Acquisition Guide
The Soulbound Gloomcharger's Reins is a green-and-blue-tinted horse mount with a chance to drop from the 
Mysterious Gift from Ve'nari, a Paragon reputation cache earned by reaching maximum reputation with Ve'nari and continuing to gain rep in the Maw and Korthia.
Build Ve'nari Reputation
Complete daily quests and kill reputation-granting rares in the Maw and Korthia to build Ve'nari reputation. Rares in Korthia that grant Ve'nari rep include Consumption (100 rep), Towering Exterminator (150 rep), Carriage Crusher (100 rep), Yorik (80 rep), Yarxhov (100 rep), Relic Breaker Krelva (80 rep), Deadsoul Hatcher (80 rep), Screaming Shade (80 rep), Silent Soulstalker (80 rep), Stygian Stonecrusher (80 rep), plus Darklord Taraxis, Ylva, and Deomen in the Maw. Maw rares granting 40 rep each can also be killed daily.
Earn Paragon Caches
Once you reach maximum reputation with Ve'nari, every 10,000 additional reputation earned will reward a Mysterious Gift from Ve'nari — open each one for a chance at the Soulbound Gloomcharger's Reins. The mount is not a guaranteed drop; players have reported receiving it anywhere from their 2nd to 9th cache.
Note the Mount's Limitations
The Soulbound Gloomcharger is a ground-only mount and cannot fly, unlike some other horse mounts in the game.
