Acquisition Guide
The Skyskin Hornstrider is a mount purchased from Brendormi in The Primalist Future, earned by collecting 
150 Essence of the Storm and 
3,000 Elemental Overflow through the Storm's Fury event.
Farm Storm's Fury Event
Participate in the Storm's Fury event in The Primalist Future. The event repeats every 5 hours and lasts up to 4 hours, though active groups can finish it in around 30 minutes. During the event, defend and close 4 portals marked on the map, then defeat the final boss — note that closed portals can be recaptured by enemies, so continue defending them. Completing the event on your own realm awards 6 Essence of the Storm for killing the final boss plus 3 more from the mission chest, and the event is fully repeatable. The boss rotation cycles through Earth, Storm, and Winter. By the time you accumulate 150 Essence of the Storm, you should also have a substantial amount of Elemental Overflow from Storm's Fury drops.
Purchase From Brendormi
Once you have 150 Essence of the Storm and 3,000 Elemental Overflow, find Brendormi at 61.2, 47.0 in The Primalist Future and purchase the Skyskin Hornstrider.
Tips
Join parties already running the Storm's Fury event — each completed run rewards 6 Essence of the Storm, and you can repeat this as many times as needed.
The Skyskin Hornstrider was previously removed during the 10.0 Beta, so grab it while it is available.
