Acquisition Guide
The Pale Regal Cervid is a Protoform Synthesis mount crafted in Zereth Mortis after completing the Cyphers of the First Ones achievement and gathering three zone-specific reagents.
Complete Cyphers of the First Ones
Complete the Cyphers of the First Ones achievement in Zereth Mortis, which requires finishing three parts of the main campaign including Forming an Understanding and upgrading the Cypher Console to unlock the ability to craft mounts. Upon completion, you will receive the 
Schematic: Pale Regal Cervid in the mail, which will be added directly to your Protoform Synthesis list.
Gather the Three Reagents
Collect the three required reagents, all sourced within Zereth Mortis at 70, 28.6: 400x 
Genesis Mote (drops from mobs throughout the zone), one 
Protoform Sentience Crown (drops from mobs such as Dominated Laborer, Dominated Worldbreaker, and Dominated Runeshaper), and one 
Cervid Lattice (farmable from specific mobs in the zone or purchasable from the Auction House).
Craft at the Synthesis Forge
Bring all three reagents to the Synthesis Forge at 61.2, 58.9 in Zereth Mortis and craft the Pale Regal Cervid from your Protoform Synthesis list.
