Sinrunner Blanchy is a ghost horse mount earned by feeding Dead Blanchy 6 different items over 6 separate days in Revendreth.
Collect All Items First
You can gather all required items before starting the 6-day process. The items needed are: 8x 
Handful of Oats, 1x 
Grooming Brush, 1x 
Bucket of Clean Water (obtained by filling an 
Empty Water Bucket in Ardenweald or Bastion), 3x 
Dredhollow Apple, 4x 
Sturdy Horseshoe, and 1x 
Comfortable Saddle Blanket.
Gather Handful of Oats
Travel to Westfall in the Eastern Kingdoms and collect 8x Handful of Oats scattered around Saldean's Farm in the northern part of the zone. Look around at 56.26, 30.17 and 51.02, 39.08 in Westfall to find them on the ground. Note that this area requires the player to be at least level 55.
Grab Grooming Brush and Empty Bucket
In Revendreth, speak with Snickersnee at 63.39, 61.75 to obtain the Grooming Brush. The Empty Water Bucket can also be found nearby at 63.32, 61.59. Once you have the Empty Water Bucket, travel to either Ardenweald or Bastion to fill it and turn it into a Bucket of Clean Water.
Buy Dredhollow Apples
Head to Revendreth and find Mims at 40.85, 46.67 to purchase 3x Dredhollow Apples.
Collect Sturdy Horseshoes
Find 4x Sturdy Horseshoes scattered on the ground in the southeast area of Revendreth, mostly along roads. Check at 70.33, 59.05, 74.52, 57.84, 64.22, 58.42, 65.18, 74.11, 61.28, 69.41, and 63.2, 65.72 in Revendreth.
Obtain Comfortable Saddle Blanket
Travel to Ta'tru at 51.13, 78.8 in Revendreth to obtain the Comfortable Saddle Blanket.
Intercept Dead Blanchy
Dead Blanchy spawns at 63.13, 43.11 in Revendreth's Endmire, north of Darkhaven, near a fallen tree in the water by a waterfall. She runs faster than a player's mount, so position yourself at 63.11, 43.03 to intercept her path and stop her. She despawns after 5 minutes and has a respawn timer of roughly 60 to 120 minutes. If she is not up, use Group Finder under Custom to find a group where she may already be active.
Feed Blanchy Over 6 Days
Interact with Dead Blanchy once per day for 6 days, giving her the items in this order: Day 1 — 8x Handful of Oats, Day 2 — 1x Grooming Brush, Day 3 — 1x Bucket of Clean Water, Day 4 — 3x Dredhollow Apple, Day 5 — 4x Sturdy Horseshoe, Day 6 — 1x Comfortable Saddle Blanket. The daily progress resets with the daily quest reset. The 6 days do not need to be consecutive — missing a day does not restart your progress. After completing all 6 days, you will receive Blanchy's Reins.
Tips
Every player can interact with Dead Blanchy independently when she spawns, so you do not need to compete with other players for her.
Collecting all 6 items in advance before your first interaction with Dead Blanchy saves time and lets you focus on just finding her each day.
