The Path of Ascension is a challenging trial, and those that display all of the facets the Kyrian hold dear will be duly rewarded.
Acquisition Guide
The Dauntless Duskrunner is a Shadowlands mount shared across all four Covenants, obtainable through each Covenant Sanctum's Special Feature activity rather than directly from a vendor despite being listed as such.
Choose Your Covenant Path
The Dauntless Duskrunner can be obtained through any of the four Covenant Special Features: Abomination Stitching (Necrolord), Path of Ascension (Kyrian), Queen's Conservatory (Night Fae), or Ember Court (Venthyr). Each method requires progressing your respective Sanctum feature.
Necrolord: Earn Exalted Reputation
As a Necrolord, earn Exalted reputation through Abomination Stitching, then purchase the mount from Atticus for 
5,000 Reservoir Anima. The feature is obtainable at Rank 1, but higher ranks increase your weekly reputation gain.
Kyrian: Build Path of Ascension
As a Kyrian, upgrade the Path of Ascension to level 4, which requires 29,000 Anima and 80 Souls. Then complete the challenges inside — Pelagos is a strong companion choice, as his immunity button has a low cooldown and high uptime across all difficulty levels.
Night Fae: Plant in Queen's Conservatory
As Night Fae, plant either a Greater Dutiful Spirit or a Divine Dutiful Spirit in the plot unlocked by the final Queen's Conservatory upgrade, using four Wildseed Root Grain as catalysts. The mount drops separately from the cache when opened, not inside the Spirit-Tender's Satchel.
Venthyr: Complete Ember Court
As a Venthyr, the mount is obtainable through the Ember Court Special Feature. Player reports indicate it comes from Mikanos's and Adrestes' chests, but community confirmation on exact chest sources and required reputation thresholds is still limited.
