Gieger's everlasting hunger is legendary amongst the House of Constructs, and no beast is too large or bony to fit inside its massive stomach.
Acquisition Guide
The Predatory Plagueroc is a mount that drops from the rare Gieger in Maldraxxus and can only be looted by characters belonging to the Necrolord covenant.
Join the Necrolord Covenant
Only Necrolord characters can loot the Predatory Plagueroc from Gieger. A GM confirmed that there is no reason to farm this on any other covenant character.
Activate the Anima Conductor
As a Necrolord, activate the Anima Conductor in the Seat of the Primus and channel it to the House of Constrict. This will cause a Final Thread marker to appear on your map.
Summon Gieger With Final Thread
Drag the Final Thread near the right foot of Gieger to summon the rare. Once summoned, any player can kill Gieger and be eligible for loot, so you can also wait for another Necrolord to summon it or ask a Necrolord friend to do so.
Defeat Gieger in Maldraxxus
Kill Gieger at 31.49, 35.4 in Maldraxxus. The Predatory Plagueroc mount is a random drop from this rare, and one player obtained it after 171 attempts, farming one Necrolord character per day.
Tips
Running two Necrolord characters daily doubles your attempts, as each character gets one kill per day.
