Acquisition Guide
The Gruesome Flayedwing is one of four shared mounts obtainable from any of the four Covenant Sanctum Special Features, or purchased from Nalcorn Talsen in Maldraxxus for 
5,000 Reservoir Anima as a Necrolord.
Choose Your Covenant Path
The Gruesome Flayedwing is shared across all four covenants and can be obtained through Abomination Stitching (Necrolord), Path of Ascension (Kyrian), Queen's Conservatory (Night Fae), or Ember Court (Venthyr). Pick the method that matches your covenant or the one you find most accessible.
Necrolord: Purchase from Atticus
As a Necrolord, earn Exalted reputation with your covenant faction, then purchase the mount from Atticus for 5,000 Reservoir Anima. The mount is obtainable at Rank 1 of Abomination Stitching, but upgrading to higher ranks increases your weekly reputation gain.
Kyrian: Complete Path of Ascension
Build the Path of Ascension to at least level 4 (requiring 29,000 Anima and 80 souls), then complete challenges — using Pelagos is recommended as his immunity ability makes the fights easier. You can attempt the mount before level 4, but upgrading as soon as possible is advised if collecting all four shared mounts.
Night Fae: Plant Spirit in Conservatory
In the Queen's Conservatory, plant a 
Divine Martial Spirit (or a rare quality Greater Martial Spirit) in a plot unlocked by the final Queen's Conservatory upgrade, surrounded by 4x 
Wildseed Root Grain as catalysts. A rare quality spirit has been confirmed to work and may take around 10 attempts.
Venthyr: Complete Ember Court
As a Venthyr, complete the Ember Court event using 
RSVP: Alexandros Mograine — one player reported receiving the mount on their first attempt with no prior reputation and a very happy ending mood, suggesting a perfect mood result is not required.
