The Pale Acidmaw is a mount shared across all four Shadowlands Covenants, obtainable through each Covenant's special sanctum feature, or purchased directly from Atticus in Maldraxxus for 
5,000 Reservoir Anima as a Necrolord.
Locate Atticus in Maldraxxus
As a Necrolord, travel to your Covenant Sanctum in Maldraxxus and find the vendor Atticus at the Abomination Factory. You must have earned Exalted reputation with the Necrolord Covenant before the mount becomes available for purchase.
Purchase the Pale Acidmaw
Buy the Pale Acidmaw from Atticus for 5,000 Reservoir Anima. Higher ranks of Abomination Stitching will increase your weekly reputation gain, helping you reach Exalted faster.
Tips
Pale Acidmaw is one of four shared mounts obtainable from any Covenant's sanctum special feature — the others are
Dauntless Duskrunner, 
Gruesome Flayedwing, and
