Loyal Gorger
Crawling forth from the cracks between the realms, the devourers have a voracious appetite for anima. Little is known of their origins, but all denizens of the Shadowlands see their recent boldness as a sign of the end times.
Acquisition Guide
The Loyal Gorger is earned in Revendreth by befriending a Gorger through a daily feeding questline that must be completed over seven separate days.
Find Tessle the Snitch
Travel to Revendreth and find Tessle the Snitch under the bridge between Darkhaven and Pridefall Hamlet. Accept and complete his prerequisite quest, The Endmire, before attempting to farm the rare mob — skipping this step means the drop will not occur no matter how many times you kill the rare.
Loot Enticing Anima
Kill monsters in the Endmire until you loot one 
Enticing Anima. You will use this to summon the rare mob at the braziers.
Light the Braziers
Travel to the braziers at 38, 72 in Revendreth — these are at the westernmost edge of the Endmire. Use the Enticing Anima on the braziers to summon and then kill the Worldedge Gorger.
Loot Impressionable Gorger Spawn
Open the Worldedge Gorger's corpse loot window and check for the Impressionable Gorger Spawn. If it appears, loot it — it will not appear in your bags but will activate the questline. If it does not appear, wait until the next daily reset and repeat from step 2.
Begin the Daily Questline
Travel to 53, 56 in Revendreth, where the Impressionable Gorger Spawn will appear and offer you a quest. Complete the quest, after which the Gorger will run off and despawn for the day.
Repeat for Seven Days
Return to 53, 56 in Revendreth each day after the daily reset and complete the quest again. This must be done on seven different days total, after which you will receive the Loyal Gorger mount.
Tips
Completing the prerequisite quest from Tessle the Snitch is required — without it, the Impressionable Gorger Spawn will not drop from the Worldedge Gorger regardless of how many kills you attempt.
If another player is further along in the questline than you, grouping with them and completing their daily quest also counts toward your own seven-day progress, potentially allowing you to complete multiple days in a single day.
