Reach Best Friend with the Countess
Work toward Best Friend status with the Countess through the Ember Court. Holiday events such as Brewfest and Noblegarden provide reputation buffs that can significantly speed up this process.
Maintain Elated or Very Happy mood
Once you have reached Best Friend with the Countess, her mood must be Elated or Very Happy during your Ember Court sessions for the mount to be awarded.
Wait approximately one week
After reaching Best Friend with the Countess at the required mood, the mount is received roughly one week later, though some players have reported needing multiple additional sessions before it appeared.
