You must reach Renown level 11 with the Venthyr Covenant before the Venthyr Campaign chapter Avarice becomes available.
Complete the Avarice Chapter
Progress through the Venthyr Campaign: Avarice chapter in Revendreth until you reach the quest Mirror, Mirror..., which involves The Curator.
Complete Mirror, Mirror...
Finish the quest Mirror, Mirror... to receive the Crypt Gargon mount as a reward, which will be added to your mount journal.
