Some players believe this mount may actually drop from Sabriel the Bonecleaver, located at 50.67, 47.37 in the Theater of Pain in Maldraxxus — a Necrolord covenant rare that requires channeling the Anima Conductor to The Theater of Pain to spawn, after which other players can join and assist in the kill.
