Acquisition Guide

The Armored Bonehoof Tauralus is a mount that drops from Sabriel the Bonecleaver in Maldraxxus and requires your character to be pledged to the Necrolord covenant to both acquire and use it.

1

Join the Necrolord Covenant

Your character must be pledged to the Necrolord covenant to loot and use the Armored Bonehoof Tauralus. Characters from other covenants cannot acquire or use this mount.

2

Upgrade Anima Conductor

You must upgrade your Anima Conductor to level 3 and channel Anima through it — either normal or reinforced channeling works — before you are eligible to loot the Armored Bonehoof Tauralus from Sabriel the Bonecleaver.

3

Defeat Sabriel the Bonecleaver

Head to Sabriel the Bonecleaver at 50.2, 48.6 in Maldraxxus. You must have your Anima Conductor channeling active to be eligible for the mount drop.

4

Purchase from Su Zettai

If you are unable to obtain the drop yourself, Su Zettai at 51.4, 40.6 in Seat of the Primus is an alternative vendor source for this mount.

Tips

  • The Armored Bonehoof Tauralus cannot be used by characters not currently pledged to the Necrolord covenant, even if already collected on that character.
