Acquisition Guide
The 
Fabious mount drops from Fabious, a rare spawn located in Nazjatar, obtained by taking a S.E.L.F.I.E. photo with the NPC rather than killing it.
Locate Fabious in Nazjatar
Travel to Nazjatar and find the rare spawn Fabious at 38.5, 13. Fabious roams the zone, so use the macro below to target him and broadcast his location to your group once he appears.
Set Up a Targeting Macro
Create a spammable macro to target Fabious and send a raid warning with your coordinates when he spawns: /cleartarget /tar Fabious /stopmacro /run local mp = C_Map.GetPlayerMapPosition(C_Map.GetBestMapForUnit("player"), "player"); SendChatMessage("%t is at " .. tostring(floor(mp.x * 100)) .. ", " .. tostring(floor(mp.y * 100)), "RAID_WARNING"). If you are not the raid leader, replace RAID_WARNING with RAID.
Take a S.E.L.F.I.E. — Do Not Kill
Do NOT kill Fabious. Instead, use your S.E.L.F.I.E. camera — even an unupgraded one sitting in your bag — to take a photo with him, which will reward the mount. Warmode does not need to be active to obtain it.
Tips
You can use an unupgraded S.E.L.F.I.E. camera directly from your bag — no upgraded version is required.
