The Vicious White Bonesteed is a Horde-only PvP mount earned during Battle for Azeroth Season 4 by accumulating wins in rated arenas and battlegrounds at 1400 rating or above, and can be purchased from Deathguard Netharian in Orgrimmar.
Earn Rated PvP Wins
Participate in rated PvP at 1400 rating or above during Battle for Azeroth Season 4. Progress is tracked via a seasonal reward bar, with 2v2 arenas worth 10 points (240 wins), 3v3 arenas worth 30 points (80 wins), and Rated Battlegrounds worth 60 points (40 wins).

Purchase From Deathguard Netharian
Once you have completed the seasonal reward bar, visit Deathguard Netharian at 41.8, 73.0 in Orgrimmar to claim the Vicious White Bonesteed. The mount is account-wide but only usable by Horde characters.
Tips
Dark Iron Dwarf characters are able to ride this Horde mount despite their Alliance affiliation.
Obtaining the Vicious White Bonesteed also grants the Vicious White Warsaber for your Alliance characters on the same account.
If you had partial progress toward the Vicious White Bonesteed at the end of BfA Season 4, that progress may continue accumulating alongside newer season reward bars.
