Dread Chain Salvage crates can be purchased with Seafarer's Dubloons from Captain Kitt (Horde) or Captain Nightrunner (Alliance), both located near the Island Expedition Map Table — epic-quality crates cost 175 Seafarer's Dubloons and rare-quality crates cost 120 Seafarer's Dubloons.
