The Blessed Felcrusher is a low-chance drop from the 
Gleaming Footlocker, a Paragon reputation cache earned by accumulating reputation with the Army of the Light beyond Exalted during the Legion expansion.
Reach Exalted with Army of the Light
Earn Exalted reputation with the Army of the Light through Legion world quests and emissary activities. Once Exalted, every additional 10,000 reputation earned will generate a Gleaming Footlocker reward.
Open Gleaming Footlocker Caches
Each Gleaming Footlocker has a chance to contain the Blessed Felcrusher, alongside other rewards such as the 
Glorious Felcrusher, the 
Avenging Felcrusher, and the 
Holy Lightsphere.
Farm Multiple Characters
Each character on your account can earn and open Gleaming Footlockers independently, allowing multiple attempts per week. One player obtained the Blessed Felcrusher after 9 total Gleaming Footlocker openings across their characters, suggesting a roughly ~11% drop rate per cache, though results vary.
Tips
