The Leaping Veinseeker is a mount taught by the Reins of a Tamed Bloodfeaster, a world drop obtained from creatures in Nazmir during the Battle for Azeroth expansion.
Travel to Nazmir
Head to Nazmir and locate Torga's Rest. The Loa-Gutter blood trolls spawn on the north and west sides of this area.
Farm Loa-Gutter Blood Trolls
Kill Loa-Gutter Drudge at 59, 22 in Nazmir. Circle the entire area continuously — by the time you complete a full loop, more enemies have already respawned with no downtime between pulls.
Tips
The Reins of a Tamed Bloodfeaster has also dropped from enemies in other parts of Nazmir, such as during World Quests, so the drop may not be restricted to Loa-Gutter blood trolls alone.
