Complete Nightfallen world quests and turn in reputation tokens until you reach Exalted with the Nightfallen faction in Suramar.

Farm Paragon Reputation

After reaching Exalted, continue earning Nightfallen reputation through world quests and tokens; every 10,000 reputation accumulated beyond Exalted awards one Nightfallen Cache.

Open Nightfallen Caches

Each Nightfallen Cache contains a small chance to drop the Leywoven Flying Carpet; one player required 59 cache openings across 12 characters before obtaining it, suggesting a drop rate of roughly 1–2%.
