The Abyss Worm is a mount that drops from Mistress Sassz'ine in the Tomb of Sargeras raid on all difficulties, including LFR.
Queue for LFR Access
If you prefer LFR, speak to Archmage Timear in front of Violet Hold in Dalaran to queue for the Legion LFR wing called 'The Gates of Hell', which contains Mistress Sassz'ine.
Enter Tomb of Sargeras
Enter the Tomb of Sargeras on any difficulty — LFR, Normal, Heroic, or Mythic — and defeat Mistress Sassz'ine. The Abyss Worm will appear directly in your inventory as personal loot and cannot be traded.
Repeat Weekly Per Difficulty
Each difficulty has its own lockout, so you can kill Mistress Sassz'ine on LFR, Normal, Heroic, and Mythic in the same week for up to four attempts at the mount.
Tips
The Abyss Worm has an estimated ~5% drop rate, and it cannot be obtained through a Seal of Broken Fate bonus roll.
