Shadowblade's Baneful Omen is the Assassination spec tint of the Rogue class hall mount, sold by Zan Shivsproket in Dalaran for 
1,000 Order Resources after unlocking all artifact traits on The Kingslayers and first obtaining Shadowblade's Murderous Omen.
Meet Prerequisites First
Before purchasing, you must have already obtained Shadowblade's Murderous Omen from the class mount quest line, and you must have 52 or more traits unlocked on The Kingslayers artifact weapon. You must also be in Assassination spec when speaking to the vendor.
Purchase From Zan Shivsproket
Switch to Assassination spec, then purchase Shadowblade's Baneful Omen from Zan Shivsproket in Dalaran for 1,000 Order Resources.
Tips
Switch to all three Rogue specs while standing in front of Zan Shivsproket to purchase all three vendor tints in a single visit, since the correct spec must be active at the time of purchase for each mount.
