Acquisition Guide
The Farseer's Raging Tempest is the Shaman class mount from Legion, earned by completing the Gathering of the Storms scenario after fulfilling the Broken Isles Pathfinder, Part Two achievement.
Earn Broken Isles Pathfinder
Before anything else, complete the Broken Isles Pathfinder, Part Two achievement, which unlocks the quest chain required to obtain the Farseer's Raging Tempest.
Complete Breaching the Tomb
Finish the Breaching the Tomb achievement by completing the Broken Shore questline. Once done, the quest Carried On the Wind will become available at Deliverance Point on the Broken Shore.
Pick Up Carried On the Wind
Accept Carried On the Wind at Deliverance Point on the Broken Shore, which sends you to speak with Consular Celestos in your Shaman Class Hall at 44.7, 61.7.
Start Gathering of the Storms
Speaking with Consular Celestos at 44.7, 61.7 in the Class Hall provides you with the Gathering of the Storms quest and scenario.
Defeat the Three Bosses
Inside the Gathering of the Storms scenario, defeat the three bosses: Anshal, Nezir, and Rohash. Interrupt them as frequently as possible throughout the fight.
Listen to Thunderaan
After the three bosses are defeated, take the whirlwind to reach Thunderaan and listen to his speech before being returned to the Class Hall.
Receive Your Mount
A short cinematic plays in the Class Hall after the scenario, rewarding you with the 
Raging Tempest Totem and the Farseer's Raging Tempest mount. Note that the mount's appearance changes color depending on your current Shaman specialization.
Tips
If completing this on an alt, complete Uniting The Isles from Khadgar in Dalaran first — no prior reputation or zone quests are required as long as a main character previously completed the Legion requirements.
