The Prestigious Azure Courser is a mount awarded automatically upon reaching Honor Level 70 through the PvP Honor system.
Earn PvP Honor
Participate in PvP activities such as Battlegrounds and Arenas to earn Honor. No specific rating in Arenas or Rated Battlegrounds is required — you simply need to accumulate enough Honor over time to progress through the Honor levels.
Reach Honor Level 70
Continue earning Honor until you reach Honor Level 70. Along the way you will unlock other rewards including the 
Dutiful Squire or 
Dutiful Gruntling at Level 5, the 
Honorable Pennant at Level 10, the 
Prestigious Bronze Courser at Level 15, the 
Prestigious Ivory Courser at Level 40, and the Elite Pennant at Level 60, before the Prestigious Azure Courser is granted automatically at Level 70.
