Acquisition Guide
The Steelbound Devourer is a profession mount crafted by Blacksmiths using the 
Fel Core Hound Harness, with the plans dropping from Tichondrius in the Nighthold.
Reach 800 Blacksmithing
You must have at least 800 Blacksmithing skill to learn the pattern. To reach 800, visit Muirn Ironhorn at Ironhorn Enclave and craft each Rank 1 Demonsteel item in front of him — a quest icon will appear above him after crafting each piece, and completing these quests will push your skill up even if you are below 800.
Obtain the Plans from Tichondrius
Enter the Nighthold on Normal difficulty or higher and defeat Tichondrius — the 
Plans: Demonsteel Helm and the Fel Core Hound Harness plans are confirmed to drop there, and having a Blacksmith with 800 skill in the raid is required for the recipe to appear.
Craft the Fel Core Hound Harness
Once you have learned the pattern, gather the required crafting materials — including 
3,000 gold worth of components — and craft the Fel Core Hound Harness to receive the Steelbound Devourer mount.
