The Infernal Direwolf is a glowing green wolf mount rewarded from completing the Glory of the Hellfire Raider achievement in the Hellfire Citadel raid from Warlords of Draenor.

Complete Glory of the Hellfire Raider

Enter Hellfire Citadel and complete all the meta-achievements that make up Glory of the Hellfire Raider. Note that the Reins of the Corrupted Dreadwing is a separate mount and not the reward from this achievement — the Infernal Direwolf is.
