Find Dawn-Seeker Krisek at 57.8, 59.4 in Tanaan Jungle. To access Tanaan Jungle, you will need to complete the Garrison Campaign: War Council quest series, which begins automatically if you have a level 3 garrison.
Purchase the Corrupted Dreadwing
Buy the Corrupted Dreadwing from Dawn-Seeker Krisek at 57.8, 59.4 in Tanaan Jungle for 150,000 Apexis Crystals.
