Collect 35 Heirloom Items
Acquire 35 heirloom items across your account to fulfill the Heirloom Hoarder achievement requirement. Once the achievement is earned, the mount is awarded to the specific character that triggered the achievement completion.
Check Your Mailbox
The 
Clinking Present containing the Chauffeured Chopper is sent to the mailbox of the character that unlocked the achievement — this may be an alt on another realm — so check all characters' mailboxes rather than assuming it went to your main. In some cases the mount is added directly to your mount collection without a mailbox item.
Tips
If you deleted the Clinking Present from your mailbox without claiming the mount, contact Blizzard Support promptly, as Game Masters have been able to resend the item when notified quickly.
