Acquisition Guide
The Emerald Drake is earned by completing the 'Drake Collector' achievement, which requires collecting a set of drake mounts from Wrath of the Lich King raids and dungeons.
Obtain the Azure Drake
Enter The Eye of Eternity in Borean Tundra and defeat Malygos. 
Reins of the Azure Drake has a 4% drop rate on 10-man and a 2% drop rate on 25-man from Alexstrasza's Gift after the kill.
Obtain the Blue Drake
Reins of the Blue Drake also drops from Alexstrasza's Gift in The Eye of Eternity after defeating Malygos, on either difficulty.
Obtain the Black Drake
Enter The Obsidian Sanctum in Dragonblight and defeat Sartharion while leaving all three Twilight Drakes — Shadron, Tenebron, and Vesperon — alive. 
Reins of the Black Drake has a 100% drop rate under these conditions on 10-man difficulty.
Obtain the Twilight Drake
Use the same strategy in The Obsidian Sanctum — defeat Sartharion with all three Twilight Drakes still alive — on 25-man difficulty for a 100% chance at Reins of the Twilight Drake.
Obtain the Bronze Drake
Enter The Culling of Stratholme on Heroic difficulty and defeat the Infinite Corruptor within 25 minutes of the instance timer starting. 
Reins of the Bronze Drake has a 100% drop rate from this boss as long as you reach it before the timer expires.
Obtain the Blazing Drake
Reins of the Blazing Drake drops from the Elementium Fragment in Dragon Soul, with drop rates ranging from 0.6% on 10-man normal up to 3% on 25-man heroic difficulty.
Tips
The Emerald Drake's eyes are almost completely closed, a deliberate design detail referencing its connection to the Emerald Dream and Ysera's sleeping dragonflight.
