Acquisition Guide
The Tundra Icehoof is obtained by opening a 
Rattling Iron Cage, which drops from four rare spawns in Tanaan Jungle during the Warlords of Draenor expansion.
Travel to Tanaan Jungle
Head to Tanaan Jungle and hunt the four rare spawns: Terrorfist, Vengeance, Deathtalon, and Doomroller — you can find Doomroller at 47, 52 in Tanaan Jungle. Each of these rares has a 30% chance to drop a Rattling Iron Cage, and you can loot each one once per character per day, giving you up to four cage attempts daily.
Open the Rattling Iron Cage
Each Rattling Iron Cage has a 1 in 3 chance to contain the Tundra Icehoof, with the other two possible results being 
Armored Razorback and 
Warsong Direfang. Already owning one of the mounts does not increase the odds of receiving either of the others.
Expect Duplicate Mount Drops
It is possible to receive a Tundra Icehoof from a cage even if you have already learned it — duplicates can drop and are not prevented by already having the mount. Based on one farming record, the Tundra Icehoof appeared after approximately 35 cage attempts, which works out to roughly a ~9.5% effective chance per cage given the combined drop rates.
Tips
Killing all four rare spawns — Terrorfist, Vengeance, Deathtalon, and Doomroller — once per day maximizes your cage attempts at four per day per character.
Killing all four rares also completes the Hellbane achievement, which is a natural byproduct of farming this mount daily.
