The Ashhide Mushan Beast is a vendor mount sold by Speaker Gulan on the Timeless Isle, purchasable for 500 Bloody Coins earned through PvP combat.
Visit Speaker Gulan
Travel to the Timeless Isle and locate Speaker Gulan. From him, purchase the 
Censer of Eternal Agony for 1000 Timeless Coin, or the more efficient 
Fire-Watcher's Oath for 100 Timeless Coin, which grants a 100% chance to earn a Bloody Coin per killing blow in PvP and can be used outside the Timeless Isle.
Farm 500 Bloody Coins
Using the Censer of Eternal Agony flags you for PvP and reduces your health by 90%, but allows you to kill players of both factions on the Timeless Isle for Bloody Coins. The Fire-Watcher's Oath is the more practical option as it works in any PvP combat, including battlegrounds, making it far easier to accumulate the 500 Bloody Coins needed to purchase the Ashhide Mushan Beast from Speaker Gulan.
