Acquisition Guide
The Reins of the Bone-White Primal Raptor is a quest reward from A Mountain of Giant Dinosaur Bones on the Isle of Giants, requiring you to collect 9,999 
Giant Dinosaur Bones and turn them in to Ku'ma.
Travel to Isle of Giants
Head to the Isle of Giants, introduced in patch 5.2 as part of Mists of Pandaria. This is the only location where Giant Dinosaur Bones drop from elite dinosaurs.
Farm Giant Dinosaur Bones
Kill elite dinosaurs across the island to collect Giant Dinosaur Bones. There are five groups of direhorns spread west to east across the beach — running along the shore and pulling groups of 2 large direhorns together with 3-4 smaller ones, then AoEing them down, is an efficient farming method.
Turn In to Ku'ma
Once you have collected 9,999 Giant Dinosaur Bones, turn them in to Ku'ma to complete A Mountain of Giant Dinosaur Bones and receive the Reins of the Bone-White Primal Raptor. Completing this also awards the Feat of Strength: I've Got 9999 Problems but a Bone-White Primal Raptor Ain't One.
Tips
Farming in a group of three — tank, healer, and DPS — allowed players to accumulate 9,999 bones each across three days, making group farming significantly faster than soloing.
Once learned, the mount is available to all characters on your Battle.net account.
This mount is one of four Primal Raptor mounts introduced in patch 5.2; the other three —
Reins of the Black Primal Raptor, Reins of the Green Primal Raptor, and 
Reins of the Red Primal Raptor — come from
